DECEMBER!!!
Finally the last month of the year where we celebrate christmas and a new year approaching.
Well i must say that it has indeed not a very smooth year 2008 for me, but im really happy getting myself involved in the CBC Social Events Family.
*cough cough*
I only mention Social Events arh and oh yea not to miss the F&B arena too.
hahahas, i sound too obvious right
i dont care, okie let me continue on my Children's Christmas Party:
CBC Children Christmas Party

Time: 1600hrs - 2000 hrs
erm i really dont think this party is as good and fun compared to the Halloween party 2 months ago cos the kids
- are not as rowdy as we expected them to be
- jess is not around (she is very important person)
- and probably i am not in form to 'act cute' with the kids cos sylbest is around.
hahahas you know it really feels awkward if you have a close friend just standing in front looking at you while you perform. Well personally i do. i dont know what about you guys.
oh i must thank Sylbest for coming to help me out for this party and cycle to Changi Village to get dinner for us

hmm but i got something else much more worth keeping my mood up is my dear borther eugene's hilarious act @ the deck bar.
i even got it recorded down
i think kor is already 60 to 70% drunk after all that beer and wine.
for some promises made to ah kor, i shall not upload tat video.
but than hahahaha!!!!!!

Whoo hoo
today SWS went St George's Church for a public performance
i guess this is the first time we are introducing to the public our new resident conductor, Mr Regan Wickman.
This place is beautiful, open concept and non air conditioned.
Probably the structure of the whole place makes the band sounds nice and big. =)

so much to talk about
how should i start
just trying to pour out whatever i am not happy
i am not able to just trash things out openly at work
the only place is to do it here than
They lied
they told me that i would be assisting sales only
what happen
why do i have to change my seat?
i think my ears are fine, i did heard nothing about changing appointment or job scope whatsoever but
why do i have to shift and change my place nearer to sales to communicate better, than what about social side
this is so unfair
guess what, answer given was: "oh, no lah it is all about primary and secondary role."
yah right, than cant i remain as where am i cos i need to assist my social side as well isnt it.
bringing me so far from jess and ug doesnt seems right too
and than what is my primary and secondary role
after they started all this changes i dont know what is my job scope anymore
they ask if i have any more questions, i dont wish to comment
want to get out of the office asap
they kept mentioning that they want to upgrade
therefore alot of newcomers are holding executive position
when i raised my hand and question " what about me?"

I thought it is just another job
"office politics" im not keen to play
i thought as long i did my best @ work i dont have to face any of such stuff
i dont mind handling corporate sales as it is really a good opportunity
but it seems like that they dont have the intention to change my appointment, so how weird it is to carry a nametag by social officer doing some other things

am so nervous in the morning
we r going to SGH to collect the result of the BMA test done 3 weeks ago
I hope that everything is fine and i believe it will
oh well it seems the way i thought
doctor says the bone marrow seems to be rather "hollow"
hmmmm
not leukemia but it doesn't look too good either
including myself we have to do a blood typing test to find suitable match for the bone marrow.
why is it so expensive

summary

I have not been blogging about a month
busy with work than some other family matters.
oh well, shall do some summary of events happened:
15 November 08
after handling the "Welcome Party" with ah jie and kor, we r still on the partying mood. Wonder why we dont feel tired.
and then, we decided to go clubbing together.
We couldn't find any other interested parties as it is a last min decision, 3 of us just headed to dbl o ourselves. =)
18 November 08
Immediately after the clubbing session, i fell sick the following night.
High fever for straight 3 days than followed by coughing
it lasted bout a week plus and i spread it over my office
i felt so terrible for that week, and doesnt feel like going anywhere.
22 November 08
had the first changkat band alumni day at the PA Chalet in Pasir Ris.
but am still coughing badly and didn't do anything for preparation of the BBQ
special thanks to my fellow planners, best and zoul for understanding. =)
but it is really nice seeing all the old friends and seniors again but felt kinda disappointed as by midnight we can see most of the alumni leaving

Whoo hoo
its FRiDAY!
last friday for the month and Tombola session was really fun for this month
the ex-staffs are back for some visting and we had lotsa fun drinking at deck bar. =)
we took 119 photos in total. hahahaha

i thought today marks a beautiful start for the last month of year 2008.
but am wrong
had half day off in the morning and after i came back
sports, sales n marketing, our dept had a meeting with our dear chairman
my goodness.
i seriously expected them to break our group up cos we are seriously very good terms
but i din know they acted so soon
firstly was boss been taken away from our dept
followed by me have to assist the sales n mark
they kept stressing the point to me that we must be flexible in during work
sometimes we must be able to take up various role in order to learn
but so
to me though it is a learning experience to take up coporate
[ anyway there is seriously some commotion between us and the sales, shall not elborate more]
